Yusheng H-class insulated wire is one of the domestic enterprises that have passed ANSI AMMI ES60601 certification, and also passed UL2353, UL60601, UL60950 certification. It took us a long time to successfully develop this project. At present, there are not many available materials that reach H-level at home and abroad. Yusheng H-class insulated wire (model FLW-H*) can achieve the following characteristics:

1. UL60950 VPEAK=1410 V, UL60601 VRMS=250V.

2.ELECTRICALSTRENGTH TEST – TWISTED SAMPLE electric strength, stranding method above 12KV.

3. HEAT SHOCK thermal shock 260℃.

4. Specification range: 0.08 MM – 1.20 MM.

5. Excellent heat aging performance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, high pressure resistance and high temperature resistance.

6. Can be used in batches in new energy automotive parts, medical device parts, aviation parts, etc.

The Yusheng team attaches great importance to the research and development of new products and invests in equipment, materials, and personnel to provide timely support for domestic and foreign customers to ensure that they meet market needs.
